On a monthly basis our squadron conduct fitness training for our cadets. We like to rotate this training through different experiences and opportunities. We are always looking for volunteers who would like to come in and instruct on some type of fitness, healthy eating, or exercise topic. Ideally the fitness and exercise topics involve a physical component as well where cadets actually do the activity. In the past we've done yoga, flag football, soccer, and more.
Instruction occurs on Monday evenings between 6:30pm and 8:30pm.
