We are in need of volunteers who can assist individuals with physical disabilities play the game of Wheelchair Tennis. No prior experience is needed. We will train you. You will be actively playing the sport with participants. Learn by doing. This is an excellent experience for students or community members interested in Adaptive Physical Education, Therapeutic Recreation Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, special education, and Sport Science.
Program will run Sunday and Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm.

Volunteer hours can be applied to Certified Adaptive Recreation and Sports Specialist (CARSS II) Certification. This experience will compliment ACSM Certified Inclusion Fitness Trainer(CIFT) by giving you hands on experience.
*university students will not be expected to volunteer during finals week.
For every 15 hours of volunteering your name will be entered into a drawing for gift cards and other prizes.
