Thank you for your interest in serving with us on Saturday, November 13th!  

Please click on a Need and respond to that Need to sign-up for your project/location!  One of our Service Saturday team members will reach out via email by the end of the day on Thursday, November 11th with confirmation and project-specific details and updates.  

Timeline of Day:

8a-8:30a = Registration, Nursing 1st Floor Lobby

8:30am = Welcome/Kick Off, Nursing 196

9a-12pm = Service at various projects/locations

12pm-1p = Lunch and reflection, Nursing 1st Floor Lobby & Nursing 195

Registration closes at the end of the day on Wednesday, November 10th!  All participants with a Viterbo email should register individually to reserve their space.

COVID19 Adjustments:

• Participants will be required to follow the COVID19 procedures in place at their hosting agency or organization, as well as mitigations implemented by Viterbo. These specifics will be included in the email confirmation sent a few days before our service.
  
  Because of the unpredictable nature of both service and COVID19, at this time we encourage everyone to bring a sling bag with a mask, hand sanitizer, a full water bottle, a snack, and/or any other personal needs relevant to their project (sunscreen, work gloves, backup mask, bug spray, etc).   Unvaccinated people are still encouraged to wear a mask at all times, especially indoors.    
• We will have multiple spaces available for folks to spread out to eat.  Please maintain 6 ft distance from anyone outside your family unit to avoid contact tracing quarantines. 
• Participants are encouraged to prioritize health and safety.  If you wake up with a temperature or any symptoms, please stay home and email your Site Leader to inform them of your absence.

Don't forget to...

• Save the Service Saturday date and project info in your calendar/planner.
• Review the project you signed up for and plan attire appropriately (Ex: if you are outdoors working with physical labor, please wear boots, long pants, gloves, and clothes you don't mind getting dirty/stained).  
• Return to UGetConnected after serving to enter your 3 hours of service! Located in the "track hours" screen.
