Volunteers will be staffing the registration and help tables, facilitating the lunch process, directing people to various meal/eating locations, and helping explain the schedule of events to attendees. We will also be setting up and staffing poster/oral presentation spaces.
Lastly, we will be serving as human signage by directing folks to appropriate rooms while we focus on hospitality and problem solving for participants throughout the morning.
