Join a group of about 10 people as we assist the Viterbo Spanish Club with preparations for their annual Tamale Sale.
We will be preparing tamales with Spanish Club and local community members in the Nutrition/Dietetics Foods Lab here in Viterbo's Nursing Center.
Timeline:
8a-8:30a = Registration, Reinhart Center Room 127.
8:30am = Welcome/Kick Off
9a-12pm = Service at various projects/locations
12pm-1p = Lunch and reflection, Reinhart Center Boardroom
Registration closes at the end of the day on Tuesday, February 19th!
Sign Up to Serve: if you are a Viterbo student/employee, please respond individually. The "team" function should be used only to reserve a space for people/guests who are not affiliated with Viterbo.
Transportation: This site is on Viterbo's campus. Please dress accordingly to walk from Reinhart to the Nursing Center!
