Thank you for your interest in serving with us on Saturday, January 26th!
For this location, a group of approximately 40 Viterbo folks will serve the WAFER Food Pantry during the busiest event of the month: Fodo Fair. We will be assisting WAFER Staff and Regular Volunteers with setting up food stations along the distribution line from 9a-10am. From 10a-12p, we will be distributing food to guests at various stations, helping guests get their items to their mode of transportation, and focusing on the guest interactions through a lens of proactive hospitality.
One of our Service Saturday team members will reach out by the end of the day on Wednesday, January 23rd with more site-specific details.
Timeline:
8a-8:30a = Registration, Reinhart Center Room 127.
8:30am = Welcome/Kick Off
9a-12pm = Service at various projects/locations
12pm-1p = Lunch* and reflection, Reinhart Center Boardroom
*This project location will return to Reinhart Center Boardroom for lunch.
