BSJ Recreation Therapy department has Recreation Therapy internship opportunities!!

BSJ Volunteer Opportunities

Assist with a variety of Recreation Programs.

Play cards, cribbage or euchre.

Fingernail painting.

Share your hobby or talent with us.

Pet visits.

Yard work outside.

Help with special events and parties

Assist residents to the chapel for religious services

Outdoor gardening.  Water flowers in the Summer.

Bingo on Mondays, Thursdays and on Saturday

Playing the piano or musical instrument.

We welcome community groups to bring their

clubs, groups or organizations to come out for service hours.

School organizations or dorm floors for service projects.

Volunteer with our OT and PT departments or in laundry

Arts and crafts, leading canvas painting

BSJ averages 70 skilled nursing beds.  We serve those with short term rehab needs as well as those who need long term and memory care needs.
