Ho-Chunk Nation Homeless Coalition

We are Ho-Chunk Nation Homeless Coalition (HCNHC) the first tribal coalition with the Wisconsin Balance of State.

Volunteers will help do survey with homeless Ho-Chunk native that are on tribal lands, in these counties Brown, Jackson, Juneau, Monroe, La Crosse, Sauk, Shawano and Wood. Knowing the number of people facing homelessness in our communities can help us advocate for more local and federal funding. It also helps to raise awareness within our communities.
