Currently we have needs for volunteers to help with grocery shopping, picking up WAFER items, and getting to medical appointments. OASIS provides a homecooked meal, music, laughter and smiles with each session! New volunteers receive orientation and dementia training. Volunteers are scheduled weekly on Thursdays and arrive by 10:30 for updates on participants for the day. With enough volunteers, program hopes to expand to Wednesday respite in 2022!
