Volunteers will be staffing the registration and help tables and helping explain the schedule of events for oral/poster presentations to attendees. We will also be assisting with the transition from oral to poster presentations.
Lastly, we will be serving as human signage by directing folks to appropriate rooms while we focus on hospitality and problem solving for participants throughout the day.
FYI, there is a volunteer prep session Thursday, 11/14 at 6pm in Nursing 101!
