FYI, there is a volunteer prep session Thursday, 11/8 at 6pm in Reinhart Center Boardroom!
Volunteers will be updating signage in the Fine Arts Center, Nursing Center, and Reinhart Center. We will be setting up and staffing the registration table. We will also be setting up and staffing poster/oral presentation rooms.
Lastly, we will be serving as human signage, directing folks to appropriate rooms while we focus on hospitality and problem solving for participants throughout the morning.
