Do you miss your four-legged friend? After a stressful day wouldn't it be great to spend some time with a dog (or two, or three or ten!)? Be a Dog Volunteer at CRHS! Our dog volunteers spend time with our dogs socializing them, playing with them, and helping to teach them basic manners and commands to prepare them for adoption into their forever homes! Volunteers in the dog area also help with spot cleaning of kennels and outdoor runs and some basic grooming.
If you are interested in becoming a dog volunteer, please email Erin Olson at erin.olson@couleehumane.com to inquire about available shifts and get a volunteer application. Volunteers are asked to commit to one, two-hour shift per week for a minimum of six months of time. There is a $20.00 application fee that covers the cost of a nametag, a CRHS Volunteer t-shirt, and administrative costs.
