For this location, a group of approximately 15-20 Viterbo folks will assist the Parenting Place in hosting their Diapers and Lunch event. We will have Viterbo folks serve in meal prep. table and conversation hosts, and staffing the childcare room for children ages 0-5 and 5-12. Our goal is to provided the support needed to host his great event for local parents learning more about the roles they play for their children.
*If you respond to this Need, you will NEED TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE SERVING* You will be contacted by a Parenting Place or Viterbo Staff member after you respond to this Need.
One of our Service Saturday team members will reach out by the end of the day on Wednesday, January 23rd with more site-specific details and updates.
Service Saturday Timeline:
8a-8:30a = Registration, Reinhart Center Room 127.
8:30am = Welcome/Kick Off
9a-12pm = Service at various projects/locations
12pm-1p = Lunch* and conversations, Reinhart Center Boardroom
*This project location will return to Reinhart Center Boardroom for lunch.
Registration closes on Wednesday, January 23rd at 8am!
